You can judge the size from the photo. I'm a real 7 1/2. 7 would drop my toes or heels off the shoe rack. 8 makes the heel too long. they are wide. But lately I've been tied to my Hawians and I'm tired of the straps on my toes. They have cleats on the insole that help get rid of the flat Hawian. The price is ridiculous but the slides just sold out so I succumbed to them. I mainly need them to water my outdoor plants and the straps just slide and slide. Good for that, but otherwise I wouldn't have wasted that money if I had shopped earlier this year. Covid makes everything complicated.
