Camera has good picture and great night vision. Old firmware, doesn't work well with LTS DVR's. Auto motion tracking is almost useless. No matter how you set it, it seems to have mind of it's own. Car enters frame, sometimes it follows, sometimes goes the other way. If it does follow something it will easily get distracted by a moving tree branch, will not stay on trigger object, severe case of ADD. If buying for the auto tracking, which I did, you won't be happy. Spend a little more on something else. Tech support ? Don't know, I've emailed at least six times with no response.
