I was going to write my own review on this but thought I'd quote another reviewer who guessed pretty accurately Pants are true to my height from waist to cuff. In theory the belt has the right width and fits comfortably - doesn't pinch, doesn't sag etc. In addition, the cuffs on the lower leg fit snugly, but do not scratch, chafe, circle or cause discomfort. Everything is fine in theory, BUT the length from the waist to the "crotch" of the legs only makes sense if you want to tighten the waist of the pants somewhere around the nipples. In fact, these pants can only be worn by people who are around 5ft 5in tall and like to wear a belt around their nipples. Your significant other will have a good laugh walking around in it.
