Arrived quickly. Box and instructions are good. Very easy to put together - it's heavy so I needed a little help (I have severe arthritis in my hands). Comfortable seat. I bought this for the kitchen as I can't stand for long periods due to arthritis. It's built for heavy use - designed for use in a dentist's or doctor's office and I've used similar products when I was working so I figured they should hold up well. I made sure it could hold me - I weigh 50 pounds LESS than the product's recommended maximum weight so I was excited to get it. It was great for ONLY 1 WEEK! Then the bottom supports/legs suddenly straightened up! Bent legs = GARBAGE. The legs are made from a softer "metal" as opposed to the butt and other parts of the chair which are solid steel construction. Shame to use crap to support the wheels/floor as that is doomed to fail. Great idea, below average support. I'm done with this company.
