Not fleece lined, not warmer, not worth the money
This looks more like slightly fluffy cotton leggings than fleece. Definitely the thinnest "cozy" leggings I know. We live in Minnesota and warm, functional pants are essential for our daughters. These just don't cut. My return is in the mail and I'm heading to Target to spend the extra dollar on cozy leggings that actually offer some insulation. If you're looking for durable leggings with a *handy* fleece lining, look no further than Cat and Jack.
