Review on 🔥 Sunbeam Microplush Heated Blanket - 10 Heat Settings, Mushroom, Full Size by Reshelle Smeenge

I bought 2 of these duvets, one for home use and one for the cottage. The one at my country house, protected between my sheet and blanket and used maybe 10 times, suddenly burst into a bundle of small tears. I contacted Sunbeam customer service directly and while still under warranty they were only able to replace my king sized duvet with a full sized duvet. After contacting the BBB they now only offer to refund the cost of the duvet and not the tax, also the duvet now costs more than when it was purchased. So if I want a secure, pinhole-free, heated duvet, it costs me almost another $20 for a defective item. DO NOT buy from this company! The quality is bad and the customer service is even worse!
