Review on Black Elastic Thick Curly Metal by Dawn Kemp

I have been buying these packs (and packs) for face masks since April. But a few days ago I received 2 packs of 3mm and not 4mm so I sent them back thinking it was a coincidence. Just got my next order of 2 packs and they are also 3mm not 4mm. I'm not happy because they fit perfectly for hundreds and hundreds of masks I've made and the 3mm masks are too flimsy and I'm not sure what I'm going to do now. I tried to contact the seller and they told me to just return them if they should take care of their quality control and make their customers happy. :(
