I like how easy it is to use macros, and that they are so customizable. It's hard to find macros that work for you when you have an existing template or page layout. You can't edit macros once they've been created. They're not as flexible as other platforms. It would be nice if we could add our own macros to templates, but it isn't possible. We're using them for creating project-specific pages for our clients. For us, it's important that our clients know what's going on in their projects so they don't miss anything. With macros, we can do this quickly without having to go back and forth between pages.
