BAD PERFORMANCE on portable audio and video

I have not used it for anything since I bought it, I took it to use today and it sounds TERRIBLE, AS IF THE HORN HAS BEEN REMOVED AND HE WON'T LISTEN. I CANNOT WRITE A BETTER RATING UNLESS YOU TAKE OTHER ACTIONS WITH ME AND THE TEAM THAT ARE NOT WORKING
