the heel pad is gone. Less than 1/2 inch thick after a few months.
Bought them at Macy's. The heel pad only lasted a few months and is now 1/2 inch thick while the arch and toe pad are over 1 inch thick. Although I really liked her for the first few months, it was like walking on clouds. They need to incorporate higher density foam in the heels for people like me who put a lot of weight on their heels.
