A defective filter is best suited for replacing water filters
After putting the filter under cold water for a few minutes, as I usually do, I installed the filter. The water continued to come out with a tinge of black. I ran it 3 times and still had a hint of black in my water. This is the second filter that didn't have this problem with the first.
