Review on ☕️ FEESPEC Coffee Scale with Timer: Precise Grams and Oz Weight Measurement, Ideal for Pour Over, Espresso, Drip Coffee, Baking & Cooking - Backlit LED Display by Jillian Bishop

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Seems accurate, refresh rate is decent enough. I am very happy with this $20 scale.

Decent enough for $20. Should it be noted before 30, 40? Probably no. The touch controls are fully responsive, I haven't had any issues reported by other reviewers in this aspect. And also. You need touch controls on a light and precise scale like this one. Clicking or membrane buttons would increase instability and interfere with weight measurement. The weight update rate is better than the much larger general purpose scales I've used, so I'm happy with that. Maybe scales with a higher full scale would be even faster and more accurate, but I can't justify a $50+ scale just yet. Measuring to the tenth decimal place is very useful, the scale I used before was not like that. Big. A built in timer is extremely helpful, especially when adjusting your grind settings and finding the perfect drink. I used my phone from time to time, I just stopped worrying because it was tedious, I really need to make some adjustments because I was brewing more than 3 minutes when I wanted 2:30. Two reviews. Batteries arrived dented. The batteries that come with cheap electronics are usually thrown away, so I don't care. what confuses me This probably means the scales have been thrown, abused! The scale looks accurate and intact, I used a couple of 10g and 50g weights, they are tested. Secondly. The included silicone mat, which is supposed to give the scale some water resistance, is oddly shaped. It is rectangular but the platform on the scale is square. There is a 2mm ridge on the edge, on the bottom of the silicone pad, so you need to align it east/west, it doesn't fit very well. I'll keep using it, I think it's good to keep the scale insulated, protected from the heat of my coffee and from spills. but that seems to be an afterthought. You probably had these pads from another device or a previous version of this scale and decided to throw them away.
