As you can see in the video it doesn't close tight enough to pull the vacuum out so you have to press the top to start vacuuming. It's annoying, but I could live with that - IF he seals it up appropriately afterwards! Which didn't happen. I've used pre-cooked steaks and they were juicy but not mushy. I dried them, put them in a bag and started sealing them. If THIS was too wet for this machine, hope to use it for dry beans, rice, or coffee. Overall very disappointing. TWO things he must do. This combination makes him useless.
