Woolly has helped improve our ability for us to quickly make changes without affecting an established environment or process flow. It's great that it keeps things organized but more importantly their customer service support allows you quick answers if something does happen! There aren't much cons - I haven't come across anything yet as of my experience with them so far. If need be this can definitely accommodate any budget / scale out requirements required by your business. We are able to respond quicker to problems within our system which helps resolve issues and help keep up momentum with overall operations management throughout organization as well as with customers.
