I was excited to use this in my goal to loose some more excess weight this summer.I can tell that they use quality material and I didn't see any bad stitiching, loose threads, holes or zipper malfunction.I'm 5'5 and 165 lbs and oredered a Medium based on their size table. The fit was ok however, there are some areas that are little tight that limits my movement. Those areas are in the shoulder where I think they need to make it a little wider, and the biceps area. It is hard for me to do workouts where I bend my arms like biceps curl, row or pull ups because it hurts when I bend my arm when the material creases and rubs against my forearm. So I suggest order 1 size up. Nevertheless, the product makes me sweat!So far I'm satisfied with the product and might be considering other products from them.
