Review on 🎮 Nintendo Wii Gamecube Controller & Classic Gamepad - Upgraded, 2-Pack, Black by Joseph Anderson

my original rating: joystick on one of my paired sticks when pushed to the right with moderate pressure. My 8 year old son can't use it or he'll get upset; it even gets stuck sometimes even though i play lightly. The rubber has already started to tear.***Update: I've decided to swap out my controllers. Literally 15 hours after I dropped them off, a new pair was already at my door. I also found a very nice email from the company apologizing for the defective unit and asking if I was happy with the replacement. The new blocks work fine and I have no problems with them. I am still very surprised and impressed by the speed of the service and the genuine warmth of the customer care. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 because I wish more companies would treat their customers like this. By the way, the GameCube controllers work exactly as I had hoped. They're lighter than actual Nintendo controllers and analog sticks are easier to move (which can be good or bad depending on the user), but button response is accurate and I haven't met any others.
