I like that it was easy for me as an employer because my employees can access their information online anytime they want! It's very helpful when you are trying to keep track of your hours worked or vacation time taken etc..

The only thing about this program is there isn't anything else offered by iontuption but i would say if u have any questions feel free contact them directly over email so someone will get back right away!! You may think its expensive at first however once everything comes out after taxes/fees then all together well worth paying for.
