This came with a blue fitted sheet with piping, 2 pillowcases which are more like shams with smaller outside seams, and a top sheet which is actually more like a sheet bedspread.Where I was expecting a flat sheet so I could use these with the duvet set, it's got a large border sewed around the edge and gathered in the corners making me think it's meant to be used pattern side up as a light sheet bedspread with no duvet. I'm using it as a flat sheet with pattern side down, it just looks a little odd hanging down from under the duvet.Also the pillowcases look like smaller shams which also makes me think this is a light sheet bedspread set.All that aside, it's all VERY soft and comfortable and pretty.
