He does what he has to!
We have this to drill post holes in hard basalt to install T-pillars. This is PITA. But this beat made it as long as you don't do anything in record time. Our first test hole in hard 12" basalt took about 30 minutes with a corded drill. The drill itself looks intact and is holding up surprisingly well. It's good.
