My daughters love going to Starbucks or Dunkin for specialty coffee, so I knew this cold brew machine would be the perfect surprise for them. The machine came neatly packaged with clear instructions. We quickly washed and reassembled it but were disappointed when we had to order CO2 cartridges to actually make a cold drink. As soon as our cold brew concentrate and CO2 cartridges arrived, we immediately prepared our first drink. The instructions were easy to understand and the coffee tasted great, but we never noticed much of the "foam". I've read other reviews of 2 different types of carbon dioxide cartridges so I'll order the whipped cream to see if we get more foam. The taste of our cold drink was amazing! Everyone who has tasted it said it tasted just like Starbucks! This is definitely a fun toy if you love coffee. It takes a little time (cooling time in the fridge) but it's worth it!
