I usually make it the night before and put it in the fridge so it's ready to eat in the morning. Saved me from going to the cafe. I have to say this is a really great product. Well made and powerful, this is literally a mini keg. There are lots of spare parts (o-rings and hoses) which I appreciate a lot. On the other hand, NO gas cartridges are included. Revain advised me to buy 16g cartridges so make sure you buy 8g or if you buy regular nitrogen cartridges go for 2g.
