I have been enjoying Cold Brew for a while now, visit Starbucks regularly and enjoy Cold Brew Nitro for the rich creamy texture. So during the pandemic lockdown I started brewing my own cocde, which was insanely easy. So I set out to take my cold drink to the next level and see if I could have the same pleasure watching the golden cascade of nitrogen bubbles in anticipation of the first sip. I found it here, watch the video. Build Quality: Solid, well built. Ease of use: Basic but read the instructions and watch some videos. Result: legal cold nitrovar at home. Tip: Fill only 75% (1.5L) and use 2 pure nitrogen cartridges (2g) per batch to get fine gas bubbles, N2O (whipped cream cartridges) is more like soda bubbles. Enjoy.
