Review on Alma Connect by Mike Ewing

I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place, and allows me to send out emails easily without having to go through multiple programs. It also provides information about how many people have opened each email so I can see which ones are working best for reaching my audience. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes when I try to add an event or other type of update, nothing happens - no error message pops up but there's just nothing happening at all! This doesn't happen very often though, and if it does, usually after several minutes things work again. If you're looking for something simple to manage your college connections (and reach them), this program will do the trick. We've been able to keep our database updated by adding new members as they come back to campus every semester.
