Easy to use program for keeping track of all your connections

I like that it is easy to use, has all of my contacts in one place, and allows me to send out emails easily without having to go through multiple programs. It also provides information about how many people have opened each email so I can see which ones are working best for reaching my audience. The only thing I dislike is that sometimes when I try to add an event or other type of update, nothing happens - no error message pops up but there's just nothing happening at all! This doesn't happen…

  • Allows managing various types such contact info.
  • Many options available with regards scheduling events/updates etc
  • Good support service provided during regular business hours via phone call OR chat option from website itself :)
Cons
  • Somewhat hard initial setup process
  • Sometimes errors occur while trying upload data

Great Fundraising tool designed mainly around scholarships

I love that it is easy to use, has many features for different types of events or needs (fundraiser / scholarship event). Also allows customization depending upon user requirements! There are some minor glitches but they have been addressed in updates so far - if anything this makes me feel like alma will continue improving their product over time as more feedback comes through!! The support team at Alumnae Services also offers great customer service. We were looking into ways we could create…

  • Great flexibility with how you can customize your own page including adding logos etc., very quick loading speed both locally from my computer AND remotely via laptop vs web browser
