update - we ordered 2. One for us and a gift. It turned out that the one we gift wrapped was broken. Send in bubble wrap and in an envelope. It's not solid metal like I used to think. The rifle's tip was broken. Now they only give me a partial refund. Not very happy with how they handle it. Solid metal and does what it's supposed to. I don't know why people have complained about the push/pull opening style. This works both ways. If you don't want to pull up, turn the guy over. It turns out to be an excellent filling for stockings.
