Item received on 02/17/2021 Installed directly on Turtle (25 gallon), heated water normally 76-78 F for first month but after that the water heater died. The water never gets warm again, the thermometer only reads 54-64 F. I kept checking the heater light, it never comes on again. Since this product was defective pre-warranty, should I get a replacement? Please let me know as soon as possible as the weather is still cold at the moment. Thanks.
