When I needed to replace my QC25s I was going to use the QC35s but based on checking the wire cutters I decided to replace them with them. There were no cables in the first box that arrived. I wasn't sure if Jabra wanted me to ship everything back to Revane or if they could just send cables. After 4 days they finally sent the return form to the seller. Why did it take 4 days to send the letterhead? So I traded a pack with Revain. Now that I've had them for a few weeks I'm having a few issues with them and pairing, they really don't like switching between my iPhone and my computer. Sometimes the headset just gets lost and doesn't connect to anything. They are also very uncomfortable. It's just too much tension and I don't have a big head, but when I wear them for a long time it starts to hurt, especially because the lower part is resting all the way up on the jaw line, so that's where I get sore. I cannot recommend them.
