This is a mini wand with the same level of vibration as the full size wand. It's quieter than the big one, well, until the outer shell comes off and makes a rattling noise, but hey, it's cheap and effective. I removed the skin completely, verified that it was just skin and am currently looking for a solution to reduce the noise to the same as it was when purchased.
