Review on Samsung S34J55W 34 Inch Ultrawide LS34J550WQNXZA: Enhanced 75Hz Flicker-Free Display with Tilt Adjustment and Ultrawide Screen by Ace Nelands

From the moment I pulled it out of the box I knew it was something special. Maybe it was just the insane size, maybe it was the overall thin and plain look. All I knew at the time was that I was excited to find out what this monitor was capable of. I bought this monitor to replace 2 19 inch monitors which were cluttering my desk and not very visually appealing, maybe it was because they were different brands. My job in finance means I need multiple monitors, or so I thought. I don't need multiple monitors, I need a single monitor that can handle multiple tasks at the same time. This is Samsung's 34-inch ultra-wide monitor. I can fit more on one screen than I ever could on two, and all with greater clarity. Installation was easy, I had to install the two piece stand and then simply attach the stand to the monitor itself by locking it with a screw. Then through 1 HDMI cable to my laptop and I was ready to go. I can see entire spreadsheets without having to scroll left or right, up or down. I can also have email and the two programs don't interfere with each other. When scrolling through the settings, the monitor supports the PIP function, which splits the screen into two parts, which is equivalent to two 15-inch monitors. I tried to set this up but couldn't because you need 2 HDMI cables and inputs. And my laptop, which is several years old, only had one. I plan to try this, although I may connect to be able to watch Netflix or cable TV. Yes, this is multitasking at its finest! And this Samsung monitor definitely lives up to expectations. I recommend this monitor to anyone who needs to work with multiple programs at the same time. Or would like a cleaner setup than a pair of bulky monitors on your desk.
