The ability to create custom searches by date range or criteria within their database makes it easy! I love how flexible you are able use multiple search fields including dates of employment etc.. It would also help if there was more flexibility in terms like being allowed only certain email addresses as contacts vs using all available emails when creating new accounts - this could lead people who aren't interested but have those correct contact info into your system thinking they've been contacted/contacted properly (if not then we know where our problems lie). As mentioned above though these issues don;t really affect my daily work too much so its mostly just nitpicky stuff :) We're solving two major pain points here 1) finding great talent 2.) building out candidate profiles faster than ever before.
