That's great! - Shampoo and conditioner sets

I have a standard poodle. He had 2 anterior cruciate ligament surgeries when he was 2 years old and after many antibiotics and other medications he started chewing and itching on his paws. He got Apoquel and Cytopoint injections which help a little but don't seem to be as effective as they were to begin with. He chews and itches and has so-called Frito feet. yes, his feet smell like fried potatoes and he has big black spots on his stomach under his forearms and around his anus! There is a lot of licking and scratching at these spots! I can bathe it and after a day it starts smelling again. I have been trying to make my own dog food for 4 months and have used every shampoo including the one the vet had on the shelf. I have this shampoo and after two uses (one bath a week) we see a big difference in the black spots and no more Frito smell! I have to say the shampoo doesn't lather much but I make sure to apply it to the underside where the black spots are and rub the shampoo into his paws between my fingers! I actually used a different tea tree/oatmeal shampoo on his head and back because he is very large and tries not to use the whole bottle in one go. The directions say to rinse out the shampoo and then use the conditioner like I did! It's the first one I've ever used that has helped in any way. Definitely looking forward to a repeat order. I think I get 4 uses from one bottle but well worth it especially when it keeps us from going to the vet clinic! So happy I finally found something to help our big guy! I never write reviews but felt like I really had to share this.
