Item works. Even though the reviews said it wasn't; I still had hope. 1. Product fit perfectly, looked beautiful; The fit was snug and comfortable. I even reported about the problem that the external hard drive is unreadable. The trick is that you need to connect an external device to the hub before turning on the system, after which it will be read. Don't do this while on the PlayStation home screen. Did! Everything was loaded and ready to go. Silky smooth! I still use the original PS4. No slims, no pros, just OG Playstation 4. UPDATE: 6/28/21 I AM SO DISAPPOINTED 😞. I've started troubleshooting as my controller is now freezing and turning itself off after about 10 seconds. I can't play like that! After the shutdown, the system works as usual.
