Huge edge, 5/4 wood but not beveled 1 1/4 " edge, at least

Sturdy. But what the heck is a 1 1/4" edge? God. I need to find a 5/4 bar that ONLY aligns with this before I have to shorten it. i am professional I will not use 2x12. It's the do-it-yourself crap that sets us apart from the high quality lumber I have in my garage. I want them to give measurements for a massive lip. The fact that I can't use exotic wood with it is a real handicap.
