Review on Dlypow Ni-MH/CD AA, AAA Rechargeable Batteries πŸ”‹ Charger with Smart Features, LCD Display, USB Cable Included by Ruth Ward

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good charger and batteries but not the best value for money

UPDATE: I am updating my Dlypow charger rating because I ordered two chargers at the same time and found that I was changing my rating for Confused Dyplow with my review of another charger. Please ignore the review in the second paragraph as it refers to a different charger. The Dkyoiw charger accepts 4 AAA or AA batteries in any combination. It differs from other low cost chargers in that it provides information about the battery status and not just the typical charge/non-charge status indicator (e.g. when a battery is empty and its lifespan) The best feature of this charger is that it is over-discharge- and recovery modes that move the battery through a series of discharges and recharges, extending battery life and maximizing the charge it can hold. It also has a USB output so you can use it to charge your phone or tablet, which is of little use but is an added feature nonetheless. The instructions that come with it are terrible, but thankfully it's pretty easy to use, but I found a YouTube video that gives pretty good instructions on how to use it. This is a set of four AA rechargeable batteries and a charger. Batteries work fine (I use them in remote controls, electric candles and toys) but I don't see much of a difference between these and other batteries. The charger is very simple, with compartments for 4 batteries (it will charge both AA and AAA batteries) and an LED for each battery to show when it is fully charged. Although it comes with a micro USB charger, the charger isn't included (a disappointing trend in electronics these days). In terms of cost, Revain has better options where you can get a set of 8 AA batteries and an 8 slot charger for the same price as this set of 4 batteries.
