The most valuable part of this software is its integration with Dynamics 365 CRM which I like very much! It's easy to use for my small business clients who are not familiar at all in using Microsoft products or even Salesforce but they can easily navigate through it after training sessions provided by our team members (Marketing Manager & Account Executive). One thing that has been improved since last year update was how fast you'll be able improve when working as an agent/client manager from one state into another without having issues such us slow loading windows etc.. Also there were some minor bugs found during implementation process - mostly regarding email notifications sent out so please ensure everything goes smoothly before going live especially considering user experience will have key role here :) We're solving problems related customer retention rate within each client we work together while also increasing overall revenue per month due limited resources available for marketing purposes only.
