If you drive a gas powered car and park it in your garage, you and your family should do it for yourself and your family to get this heat detector and install it in your garage. As with many residential garages, most of you park 20 to 40 gallons of flammable and explosive gasoline right inside your home. We still have a car that's on fire with gas and this little voice told me to take it when I stumbled across it on Revain. It took me less than half an hour to connect the detector and install it in the garage. It's halfway between an outlet with electricity and a car that runs on gas. The detector is quite noisy and even when we're upstairs we can hear it working. The few dollars you spend on this detector are a small investment in the valuable minutes you gain avoiding a fire.
