Very economical device. We bought this charger to save our RV charger before a 2 week trip through Texas, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. It worked like a charm. We were off the grid for 7 days and this solar panel kept our deep cycle marine battery going although it was often cloudy or raining as it was rainy season at the four corners. We can turn on all the necessary lights and fans throughout the house throughout the night without seriously draining the battery. We used to have to connect every other day. A bit large and awkward to transport, this unit packs nicely into a suitcase and is perfect if you want to camp off the grid without sacrificing too much convenience. The guide was also vague and a bit contradictory, but overall very valuable.
