My biggest complaint is that I couldn't get the software for this keyboard to work on my Windows 10 PC. I'm very tech savvy and couldn't do the software work. Contacting the manufacturer's support did not solve the problem. The software is not required for the keyboard to work, but it allows the user to better customize the keyboard backlight. My second complaint has to do with the location of the room. It seems a little off and can cause problems for people who use it for a long time. I don't use it for a long time so it's not a problem for me. Pros: I like the buttons. The keystrokes are very reliable and deliver a satisfying click. It has excellent key reception and there are many standard color options. The keyboard also comes with key removal tools to clean the circuit board, which is very convenient, and comes with a logo sticker. All in all, this is a very solid keyboard if you don't care about customizing the colors.
