Not all keys are programmable. No option for brown switches.

First I bought the wired version which I really liked. All buttons in the wired version are programmable. I was able to assign macros to all keys. This is not the case with this wireless version. I emailed Redragon saying they don't know when they will update the software for the wireless version. I returned the wireless version but kept the wired one. Hoping that in the future they will update the software and offer an optional brown switch. The blue switches are too loud for me. I had to buy…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • There are cons

The machine works great. I had a few startup issues and software updates that had to be done online. I needed technical support and the email responds very quickly. Remember that you need to set up a hardwired connection before the USB stick will work. And you have to do all the programming and button mapping while hardwired. After that, you can use the USB stick and connect to the wireless network. So that's the only reason I didn't give the device 4 or 5 stars. It's a bit annoying that you…

High quality workmanship perfect for PS5

As more K&B games are released on PS5 and I was a big PC gamer in the past, I wanted to play FFXIV with keyboard and mouse. My main argument was that I not only wanted quality, but also something that was Bluetooth and small enough. It was literally one of the few that fit that bill. There are a lot of wired gamepads out there, but I needed something wireless. Everything was perfect. The mechanical keyboard feels comfortable and the magnetic stand at the bottom is shaped like a seated person…

Software not working on new Windows 10 PC

My biggest complaint is that I couldn't get the software for this keyboard to work on my Windows 10 PC. I'm very tech savvy and couldn't do the software work. Contacting the manufacturer's support did not solve the problem. The software is not required for the keyboard to work, but it allows the user to better customize the keyboard backlight. My second complaint has to do with the location of the room. It seems a little off and can cause problems for people who use it for a long time. I don't…

Very good after different keycaps

Bought this half keyboard for Final Fantasy XIV. I play from a laptop, which wasn't a huge problem for other games, but was more of a disaster for an MMORPG (for me). I was mostly happy with the keyboard, except for one small flaw. I was initially hesitant to order this keyboard as the price was very good. I realize how crazy that sounds - it's cheap, which made me question the quality. I nearly pulled the trigger on the Razer Tartarus and am now very glad I didn't. The quality of the keyboard…

Amazing keyboard for old gamers with small hands!

I'm a middle-aged gaming mom (don't judge too harshly) and craving some added convenience that would also give me an edge when scrolling through the 90's in Fortnite vs Teens with nimble wrists and no arthritis. Thanks to this keyboard, and the nice deal Revane made with me on Prime Day, this mom's left hand is dominating Fortnite lobbies (perhaps with a bit of a stretch). What I like: - The spacebar is incredibly ergonomic WHEN playing ESDF. WASD is too wide for my thumb and wasting my pinky's

Pros
  • Good product for the price

  • Incredible piggy bank

Comfortable sub-par hot-swappable switches

The only other one-handed mechanical keyboard I know of is the Razer Orbweaver, which I don't think Razer makes anymore. I wasn't expecting much from this keyboard but I know their mechanical keyboards are very popular because they are quite cheap. However, this item far exceeded my expectations. To set the premise, I already have a fully custom mechanical keyboard with greased switches and an aluminum body. While it's amazing to type on, it's not very comfortable to play with since the…
