I've always heard that oil is difficult to work with due to solvents and special substances, so when I saw the water-soluble oil pastel I had to try it. This is a dream and a great addition to my watercolors. It is similar to chalk when dry but can be mixed. Wet (with water or gesso) is amazing! It becomes so smooth but still opaque because the watercolor requires more layers. It's a little tricky, but you can still apply colored pencils to it. I love that it's creamy and not as brittle as regular pastels. 10 out of 10, there will be more.
