I used to love these headphones. I've been using the same model of Phillips ear hooks for ten years, switching set after set after using, abusing and destroying them. They traveled with me through Iraq and Afghanistan, experiencing the sand, sun, and hard work that comes with combat. The sound is good, the cable is strong, they never fell off while running. This kit failed out of the box. Build quality was clearly substandard, the cable made a "chunk-chunk" noise with every step, and the headphone jack was the wrong shape to properly plug into my old iPod or iPhone 7 adapter - as opposed to being exactly the same set that I previously bought. It made an annoying squeaky noise of poor communication no matter what I did. I don't know what Phillips did with these amazing headphones but after an appropriate period of mourning I left. I highly recommend the Soundcore Spirit X2. I've tried several different headphones after Phillips let me down and this is the one that lives up to the standard. The Spirit X2s sound good, they're solid and don't fall off when running.
