I like that they have been able to get us into many different types of venues, including large corporations as well as public spaces such as libraries or community centers where people may not be used to seeing captions everywhere. They are very patient with clients who don't know what's going on but still need their service! Sometimes it is hard for them to understand our needs when we're new customers because there isn't much information about how things work online, so sometimes communication can take some time before getting everything figured out together. Also, if you want multiple languages included (i.e., both English/Spanish), this requires more than one agent per language pair which means additional fees. If your goal is just having subtitles available at an event without needing someone dedicated full-time to managing those translations then probably another option would suit better. We've solved two problems.
