Review on Flint by Tio Kotaki

I like that we have autonomy over our own work, with minimal guidance from other teams in order to achieve results for clients! The team are very open minded about new ways of working but also know how important it is not be too 'out there' when introducing them - they appreciate subtlety & nuance more than anything else at this point (and probably always). We're still finding out what works best together as an organisation though so things change fairly quickly sometimes which can make managing expectations difficult. It's great being able to take control of projects/tasks without having someone breathing down your neck all day every single minute because you don't want anyone doing any sort of admin or support tasks outside their job title if possible :) My favourite thing has been just taking ownership of some client websites recently where previously no one would even consider looking after these areas themselves let alone actually.
