Dirty and oily for parts
The oil filter that came in the box was not sealed with plastic or anything. The rubber seal wasn't tight either. It was just crumpled up in the shipping box. It was oily and greasy on the outer shell. The screws and the green cover were sealed with plastic on the inside. I'm considering returning it or just using it. At $70, it's expensive.
