I bought it in November, it doesn’t charge by May, I hoped that it was a glitch, I didn’t find an answer on how to fix it on the macrosofak website. Tried another gamepad, same thing. Conclusion buy ordinary batteries over time so it will be cheaper. Reflections: I use series X, a mouse and keyboard are connected to it, the mouse glows with lights when it is powered. In the off state, the Xbox charges the gamepad, but does not supply power to the mouse (does not glow). It turns out that the Xbox recognizes the devices that need to be powered in sleep mode and who should be turned off. We know that batteries die if they are powered when fully charged, i. E. charge, so in all devices there is a function that turns off the power supply to the Battery when it is charged (someone does not know, but this is so, in every phone for example). So I noticed that in sleep mode, the mouse suddenly lit up, i. E. Power was supplied to possibly all connected devices (so everything stood all night), the gamepad was also connected and by this time it was already charged. After this incident, the battery is dead. Probably a coincidence
