Review on πŸ”Š Experience Unmatched Sound: Ultimate Ears BOOM 2 Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker - Brain Freeze Blue Edition by Tim Paolucci

Revainrating 1 out of 5

What I thought was a great little speaker.

My cousin's daughter got him a Boom 2 for Father's Day. He brought it and we listened to it on the street. Didn't even know about the UE Boom app for firmware updates and such. I was amazed at the clear and full sound in such a compact package. And is it also H2O and shockproof? Shut the front door! I ordered one from Revain as soon as it was gone and I got to my tablet. I don't regret what I did. I've had this little gem for a few months now. Well, it won't blow your hair back, but I got out of that phase in my life anyway. I have no buyer regrets. As long as it works, Boom 2 and I will be cool. UPDATE: Unfortunately, after 6 months of use, my Boom 2 stopped connecting via Bluetooth. I received excellent customer service from Revain and received a replacement yesterday. I missed the dynamic. Good to have one again. It works great with my tablet when I don't need headphones. Dilly.Update 2: 4/14/18: The new speaker I received never worked properly. The on/off and plugging/unplugging noise the speaker is supposed to make never worked. That bothered me, but since the Bluetooth function was working I didn't pay attention. There was an error. I don't know if I received a refurbished Boom 2 speaker or similar, but 40 days after receipt (10 days after my return date) the Bluetooth function failed to connect to this either. I've tried all my Bluetooth devices with no success. That makes me 0 out of 2 with these speakers. Strange because my cousin's Boom 2 still works. Not only that, it has two Mega Boom speakers that work well. A few months ago they drastically reduced the price of the Boom 2 speakers, and in particular the Mega Boom speakers, at many audio/video stores. Maybe it was my turn to "screw up the car". My speaker still works through the audio cable, but that's defeating the purpose, isn't it? It also overrides the additional features that come with the Boom Ultra Ears app. It sucks to be me
