My wife got pregnant and I quit smoking, which is the perfect storm to put on some weight. I was looking for some work-casual pants, and found these. I love them. The quality is great, and the stretch waist is exactly what I need. I usually fluctuate between a 38 and 40 waist. I went with the 38 and it fits perfectly. I do not need a belt cinched super tight to keep them on, nor do they feel constricting. Not having to iron them is a big plus as well. They have plenty of size combinations, I just wish they had more colors, definitely plan on buying more.EDIT: Just bought my second pair, they look great and fit just as well!
