Review on OXO Good Grips Box Grater by Paul Beach

Revainrating 5 out of 5

You were so generous. Somehow after 35 years

I have a problem with buying hamsters. I literally used the parental grater I was given when I went to college. As housewarming gifts, my parents gave me a grater and a 32-ounce can of Dinty Moore stew. You were so generous. Somehow 35 years later I decided it was time for a change and since I can't refuse anything my wife purposely hid the grater somewhere in my kitchen. I need my grater. It does so many great things, like tearing your fingertips off when you try to use a side with a single blade grill. Deep down you know you've got it, but in fact the empty Lone Star cans on the counter say you can do it. And another 1/8 inch index finger. Anyway, that's why I bought the mandolin, but more on that another time. I've always liked OXO. I have big fat hands with sausage fingers and OXO actually gives me a good tool by giving me something to hold on to. In addition, their quality is always top. It has a practical collection bucket with a measuring cup mark. Although I think OXO is just bragging about this gear since I haven't used this gear yet. However, as always, I have used the device for many years. A must have for making sofrito for my paella.
