I don't recommend this product at all, so in the video you can actually slightly hear it play but that toys flickers and you can barely hear the sounds it makes and sometimes just lights up but no sound, it frustrates my 9months old, so I started a return and these people refused to let me return it or exchange the toy for one that works because for such money one expects value for it but instead they frustrate you by asking for pictures and videos on top of not responding to your request on time, they refuse to refund you or exchange instead come up with every excuse and respond very late. I do not recommend both the product and seller to anyone, plus the product is somewhat a nightmare to assemble, I've really been frustrated after purchasing this and mind you I requested a return only 2 days after the product was delivered to me because my husband and I noticed it was defective even with tons of new batteries being used the toy was just defective.
