I have only good things to say about this product. I was training for a marathon when I noticed that some parts of my body were hurting, especially my legs. I ordered this product to relieve pain and massage areas of my body before a workout to aid in recovery. I also use it for my thighs and back to hit specific points on my thighs, back, calves etc etc etc. It's nice that it comes with two lacrosse balls because I have them and my girlfriend hers! I recommend it to everyone whether you lead a sedentary lifestyle or not. Do you have stiff feet/ankles in the morning? Add some other stretches with a good roll and you're good for the day.
